The children’s hostel  at  Chanho  is now complete and ready for occupation  by the first group of 35 blind children, with another 20 children due to join soon. The new building  was inaugurated by the Bishop of Ranchi on 11th July 2012, marking a major milestone in the construction of an integrated school for blind children at the SRA’s mission near Ranchi in Jharkhand State, India.  The Amar Jyoti Trust provided a significant part of the funding for the hostel construction, and we would like to thank all our donors and supporters for making this success possible.
